3. Register or Pick Up an Absentee Ballot Application at any CT DMV Office
     Fill out form and turn in at DMV, or mail to:
                 Norwalk City Hall
                 Registrar's Office (Absentee ballot to Town Clerk's Office)

4. Get Registration Form or Absentee Ballot Application online
     Go to http://www.ct.gov/sots/cwp/view.asp?a=3179&q=392218
     Download the PDF form, complete, sign and mail to:
                 Norwalk City Hall
                 Registrar's Office (Absentee ballot to Town Clerk's Office)
                 125 East Avenue

5. Call the Town Clerk at 203-854-7746 or visit the Town Clerk online
     We will mail you the registration form or Absentee Application with a stamped envelope to mail it to the Registrar office    (Absentee ballot to Town Clerk's Office).

   Note: Absentee Ballots: You must give your application to the Town Clerk PRIOR to election day. Your ballot (which they will  give or mail to you) must be returned via mail by 6:00 pm to the Town Clerk's office on the day of the election.
