Wash. DC as Certified Housing Specialist in 1994 and Certified Property Manager in 1996. In 1998, Al Ayme completed two years of post-graduate studies
in computer programming through the American Council on Education.
Throughout a career in the stock brokerage industry spanning 25 years and the public sector since 1993, Al Ayme held industry
positions with full service Wall Street, NYC financial institutions and public service positions in New York City and Connecticut,

In 2000, Al Ayme, as chairman of the Fair Housing Commission for the city of Norwalk and upon testimony before the Superior Court in New Haven, CT, was instrumental in the restoration of civil rights to the public
at large as stipulated by prior order issued by the U.S. District Court in a Consent Decree [NAACP v. city of Norwalk - 1986] in matters
of Fair Housing as applicable to the city of Norwalk, CT. Compliance and changes were implemented during the legislative cycles 2001 through 2005.
